Service Installation and Commissioning

Antica’s Service Installation and Commissioning aims a rapid entry into production of products and solutions by using the industry’s best practices. This service is related to the installation of hardware and software infrastructure, the integration of Antica’s products and solutions into our Customer’s ecosystem of platforms and the validation of associated project’s services, ensuring that the products and solutions meet the standards of a Carrier Class platform. Once in production a technical support team is provided during the time our customers require.

Preventive Support

Preventive Support

To ensure business continuity and minimize the impact of incidents in the service that our platforms deliver, we provide Preventive Support, which allows monitoring the operation of the service, monitor the behavior of our customer’s platforms, diagnose incidents and problems, escalate incidents detected to those responsible for corrective support of the platform associated to the failure and execute service tests after maintenance in our customer’s platforms that could affect performance of solutions currently in operation.
This service is available in a 8×5 or 24×7 format with the alternative of having local presence of our technical personnel.

Level 2 Support

Level 2 Support

This post-sale service provides 24×7 technical assistance under an SLA (Service Level Agreement) in case that our customer’s Level 1 support services or Antica’s Preventive Support detects incidents or operational problems, allowing testing and diagnostics to determine the cause of incidents, replacement of faulty elements, validation of the implemented solution and documentation of the cause of the problem. In case of failure of infrastructure elements from our clients, technical information is delivered for quick scaling up to their suppliers. It also allows ensuring that platforms under support always have the latest updates available at the level of functionality and security.

Education and Training

Antica’s products are designed to be low maintenance, and to be directly managed by our customers. In order to support these features, education and training is provided to the professionals who will manage the platform’s functionalities and administration tasks.
